If you are applying for an AER scholarship for the first time, click “Sign Up” to get started. You must use a unique email address and cannot share or reuse an email address used by another AER scholarship applicant.

If you are a returning applicant, you must use the same email address we have on file. DO NOT use a new email address as that will create a duplicate record. Please contact us if you need help to change your email address. Click “Sign In” to access your information.

If you have not yet read the scholarship Program Guidelines and FAFSA Instructions, please visit our website, Army Emergency Relief, and choose the appropriate scholarship to read these important documents.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing FAFSA issues for the 2024-2025 academic year, the submission deadline for the MG James Ursano Children’s Scholarship Application has been extended from 1 April to 1 May 2024. Please complete as much of the scholarship application as possible now, and save it until you can upload the FAFSA Submission Summary. Once the FAFSA Submission Summary is uploaded, and the MG James Ursano scholarship application is complete, you can “Submit” the application.
